REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order / Booking Cancellation
We politely request you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any booking cancellation
or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice before
your scheduled appointment, Sports massage with Lauren reserves the right to
charge you 50% of the total booking value.
These cancellation procedures apply to cancellation for any reason, including
reasons beyond your control, and are in place to ensure that the therapist is paid for
their time that cannot be rebooked at short notice.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for valid reasons such as service not delivered,
duplicate payment, or product issues. All refund requests will be reviewed and
approved based on our internal guidelines.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once approved, refunds are initiated using the original payment method. Processing
time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No-Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, improper use of the service/product,
wrong information provided by the customer, or any conditions clearly mentioned as
non-refundable.
