"This is the 4th time I come to Lauren for knots and overworked muscles. She has always been super professional and explained everytime what she was going to work on, checking on how I was feeling everytime.
This last session I tried the whole body massage she works with the barefoot myofascial technique and it was amazing. Full on fascia release with gentle pressure, especially in overworked areas like lower back, shoulders and arms.
