Hello,

I’m Lauren, a Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist with a passion for helping people move and feel better.

I founded Sports Massage With Lauren in 2024 and offer both sports massage and Indian head massage in a relaxed, non-clinical environment where you can truly unwind.

My approach is all about tailoring treatments to your needs—whether that’s releasing muscular tension, supporting recovery from training, or simply finding a moment of calm.

Outside the treatment room, I love staying active through hiking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, sword fighting, and CrossFit, which gives me a real understanding of the demands an active lifestyle can place on the body.
